We cater for all classes of clients from lower cadre to upper class applying extensive research, partnership, creativity and continuous improvement using state of art technology and effective communication as a tool.

Our Business Model ensure that the lowest paid income/salary earner is assured of owning a property through our dapis system of investment (visit section of DAPIS for details), while the burden of building own house at the right price with the right material is also lifted off the client.

Furthermore we have ensured that ownership of land or property is not restricted more restricted to area of residence. We have taken care of travellers and sojourners in foreign land or diaspora who may want to own a piece of land/property anywhere in Nigeria, their states of origin or local government. This eliminates the often associated fears and dangers of passing through kinsmen and friends who usually turns out to betray the trust reposed in them. Others would want their property deals kept confidential for as long as they wish and revealed to only very close confidants. These needs have been taken care of without additional cost or burden or risk to the investor. This is in line with our “Compassionate Company” status.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT CLUB FOR LOW INCOME EARNERS
Through our Property Investment Club, DAPIS, (Dar-Raj Property Investment Scheme) participants contribute as low as N500.00 (five hundred Naira only) at will towards building up a certain percentage of their dream land to get proper allocation of land and pay the balance thereafter. Initial investment is as low as N3,000. This scheme nullifies the notion that owning a land or house is the exclusive preserve of the wealthy or middle class income earners of the society.
